Selfies are part of this generation and it’s something we’ll have to accept for a long time. That means that selfie sticks will be here to stay as well. Selfie sticks are very useful especially when we want to capture a picture of ourselves along with the background, or probably along with a bunch of friends. Unfortunately, many selfie sticks in the market aren’t very easy to carry around with, because they are usually bulky. A startup company is going to change that with their product called Hey Stick.

Hey Stick is currently the smallest selfie stick in the market. It measures only 6.3 inches long and is less than an inch in diameter, which makes it very easy to carry around. You can store it in your purse, or even in your pocket without any problems.

Even though its size is small, Hey Stick can be used with phones with screen sized up to 5.5 inches, and has the capability to extend out to a maximum length of 25 inches. The body is made entirely of CNC-machined aluminum alloy, and it is available in a color that is closely similar to Apple’s “rose gold”—a color that will appeal to many women.

It looks very elegant as its exterior looks very sleek. The phone mounting bracket is also contained within the .74 inches diameter of the body, unlike other selfie sticks wherein the mounting bracket protrudes outside the base of the stick. Hey stick also includes a detachable Bluetooth remote that allows uses to snap photos from a longer distance.
In addition to this, the bottom of the Hey stick is threaded so that it can be attached to tripods for easy FaceTime sessions, want to record YouTube videos, or simply want to get a clear still photo on your phone.
Hey Stick is currently on Indiegogo, and they have already collected $13,778! They still have 14 days left in their campaign. Early adopters will be able to get the Hey Stick at a $19 pledge, while higher pledge levels will allow them to have multiple Hey Sticks. Hopefully, this product will be a success and will come out in the market soon!
