DJ Armin, the lead architect and managing partner of ZAS Architects Dubai, promises a realistic rainforest feeling. “Technological features include an advanced sensory rain system that creates a 360-degree experience, simulating the sensation of being surrounded by rainfall without actually getting wet.” It will have a high tech system that will recycle condensed water to create the humidity similar to that of the natural environment of a rainforest.

“Our client’s concept was to create a very unique destination for the city, and also to create a project that would be a destination itself, with every possible leisure and entertainment amenity inside the hotel.” Armin said.
This attraction will be open to hotel guests and the public in 2018.
